They cancelled my auto pay with NO NOTICE--no phone call, no text, no email. They then locked me out, once again with notifying me. Days later they emailed me with an invoice. I immediately paid with credit card, and a receipt was there right away. End of problem? No, three weeks later I am still locked out and my calls and texts and emails are not answered.Something crooked is going on.

Nobody is ever in the office. I've stopped by at varying times during the day and nobody is there. The storage units and location are secure though.

They were so kind and helpful, from the moment I called, to me leaving. Called and talked to several different storage facilities and they all seemed bothered by my call. I took my business here and was happy to do so. Rates are affordable and the deal I recieved is incomparable. They give military discount as well. 10/10 recommended.

Poor customer service. I have given the company a lot of business and referrals. Charged on last month even though notified I was moving out the month before. No grace in bad weather conditions. No compromise. Be sure and "read the contract". My recommendation would be to look around before signing with them.
