This place used to be called first State Bank of Yukon. Back then, it was ran by a wonderful man by the name of Blaine. This guy was one of a kind. He went over and beyond in every which way to help support people and encourage aspirations.Once he left, this place went down the drain. It is as if the customer service and compassion evaporated into thin air.Only reason I say this is as follows….I have done business with this bank for multiple years, received and paid off multiple loans. However, upon graduation of college tragedy struck my family. I lost my mom and fell into oblivion. Regrettably, I made a series of bad decisions & succumbed to the wraith of addiction…During this time of struggle, I missed payments on a loan…. There was maybe $600 total that was sPast due 3 months…. Nonetheless, the balance was paid and it was paid in full. After months of rehabilitation and extensive therapy, I was able to get my life back together.I have since tried to do business with this place, only to be brushed off like a chump.Moral of the story… People go through hard times.Once this bank passes judgment on you, it’s over with.
