Will not use this location again. Going to switch to a completely different pharmacy. One of the techs here is horrible at her job and rude. She didn't confirm any of my child's information when I went to pick up At-home Covid tests with my insurance resulting in her pulling up the wrong person's information, running it through the wrong persons insurance and blaming it on me. Had she confirmed the birthdate she would have known she had the wrong person. Had she also looked at my insurance card she had in her possession she would have also realized her mistake. Instead, which is the oddest thing, she just kept accusing me of giving her the wrong information. I complained to the tech and he said she is also rude to him. Seemed as though everyone was walking on eggshells with her that day. I don't get it. She's bad for business.

I went to store last night, stood for 15 minutes without so much as an acknowledgement from the employees. Finally someone told me you do accept Tricare, scheduled appt for flu and covid for 5pm today only to get a text asking me to verify my 7pm appt. When I tried to call and verify, it took 45 minutes due to the unbelievable robo phone system. Moving on, I went in today at 1:50 to ask them to transfer my scripts, only they were closed. Nothing positive to say!

Prescriptions called in around 12:30. I show up at 7:45 pm, and they are not ready. Explanation: short staffed. I get it, no one wants to work. But can you really tell me that in 7 hours, you didn't have time to fill my prescription? Come on, do better.

Apathetic pharmacy staff. Automated ordering is on point, but if there is a problem, you will only find out in person, after inordinately long wait times. It you're looking for personality, courtesy and efficiency, it's not the place.

The pharmacy at this place can't be trusted. The pharmacist and staff will lie instead of being forthright. After having filled a Rx, they will retroactively take it back from your door, after it was delivered, and inactivate it with no explanation. When you speak to them on the phone they are very rude, condescending, and will outright lie. I have had the experience that medications I have received from here are missing pills. This is improper, immoral, and very well illegal fraud. As for the store, the selection is poor and the prices were through the roof, even before inflation hit. The V in their name is supposed to stand for value, they need to change it because instead of value, you get ripped off.

We are having extremely low temperatures with a little snow in Oklahoma right now. The roads have been clear with some slick spots but passable even in a small car. I was at the dr. with a bad knee, she called in three scripts to CVS on Mustang rd. in Yukon, Ok. I didn't get a notice from them that they were ready. The next day I called them to check. She stated they closed early the day before because of weather ( the roads were clear) but my scripts were ready. Why didn't you send me notice? Oh you didn't get one. I said I'll send my wife right now to pickup. She said we close in two minutes. Let me talk to your manager. I told him my wife was on her way and you close in two minutes, he said sorry. I will make it, there are seniors, sick and elderly that need their meds to function and survive, other pharmacies are open CVS choose to close every opportunity. I had to give them one star that they don't deserve, so I can write this review. Never again!

Every time I call this business, I have the experience of having my eardrum burst from the ridiculously loud static - filled music blaring over the phone while on hold. It has been the same way, same "music" for years now. I use CVS because it is closest to my home, therefore most convenient. I've been trying to get them to get a prescription clarification for a week now without any resolution, so I called the doctor myself and voila, it's fixed. The pharmacy said they had faxed twice, but the doctor said they hadn't received a fax, so I'm glad I followed up for myself. Also, while I'm writing, I'll also say that I think it is insane that I can get name-brand Synthroid from their (Caremark) mail order pharmacy for FREE, yet if I walk in the pharmacy myself to get the exact same thing, it costs me $100 for a 3 month supply. That's ridiculous. But not as ridiculous as the on- hold "music".
