“I give the credit union as a whole, 4 stars. I give this particular branch 5 stars.As someone who is naturally skeptical regarding change, I found myself bypassing this branch, which is very close to where I live now, for 2 years and driving 9 miles out of my way to use a branch I was more familiar with. However, I found myself in a crunch for time last week with several transactions needing addressed that day. So with a great deal of reluctance and pretty low expectations, I went to this branch to do my business.To my surprise, I was greeted with a genuine "hello, how may I help you" from an associate behind the reception desk. Not one of those "WELCOME TO BLAH BLAH BLAH" geeetings almost shouted at you by an over caffeinated store manager somewhere. Or the same greeting meaninglessly regurgitated by an employee required to do so. I approached with a little less reluctance but still low expectations.I was there to do 3 things that day. Each transaction was unrelated to the other but each as important. I anticipated being passed around at least twice and it taking me 15 minutes, at best, to complete all my business. Much to my surprise, the person that greeted me so warmly was also able to process all of my request and in about 5 minutes.I left there with a smile on my face and a much more positive attitude. All because someone was interested and empowered to help me. And now I have a new home branch.”
