atm is literally ALWAYS down at this location. the workers there are very nice, even though you have to wait a literal HOUR just to talk to an employee at this location. not their fault the atm never works. i just can’t always make it into the bank to deposit my money during open banking hours bc i work all the time and any time i need to deposit cash the atm is literally NEVER WORKING. DO BETTER CHASE BANK!!!!

I am a business accountant holder. Last Saturday morning the teller said I could only get 100 of the 300 1's in change I needed. I pay to bank here. I am a single mom running a small business. She said i could drive 10 miles to another chase to get the other 1's.I will be closing my account here at chase.

Have been banking with chase for over 10 years never had a bad experience granted I don't go into the locations very often. I decided to go and set my 16 yr old son up an account well the first time I didn't get there till about 430 and was told they wouldn't have enough time to set up the account sure I can understand that so I try on a different day get there at 4 pm an hour before they close and was told the same thing it really just blows my mind after that interaction I am going to switch banks worst experience ever.

About once a week I waste my time driving to this bank to deposit money into the ATM. Never fails I I not be working though or accepting deposits. Not that these banks care about our bad reviews but fix your F’n ATM.

Worst bank ever. Always takes 10 days to deposit checks. Time to switch banks this is out of control. People can’t wait 10 days.

If I could give a negative star I would. No fault of the employee but unable to deposit cash into step sons account who was stuck out of state & needed the funds immediately. Knowing they would place a check on hold I opted for cash and they wouldn’t even deposit it. I have worked in banking for over 30yrs & this is the first I’ve ever heard of this. There is no way I would ever bank here

Service is great and it's a very small bank making it a 'family' type atmosphere. Management does great job in management of work schedules, i.e., the have the correct amount of staff on duty when busy times are anticipated.

Very nice and convenient bank branch in Yukon with very nice and helpful employees, the drive through ATM was fast and easy with no line at all.

Super slow in drive thru, never come back again this location. Wait 15 minutes in drive thru then asked to come to lobby for authorized the transaction.
