This place doesn't deserve to be open, not that they would open anyways, because they've been closed the last two years. Why, as a long time customer of BOA, do I have to drive 30 minutes inner city to do anything with my account when there's a location in my town? Bank of America is garbage. Everyone is better off banking with a credit union.

Slow service IF they're open. I've observed arrogant, condescending tellers providing terrible \\\"service\\\" to a customer who's first language was not English. On another occasion the tellers were loudly discussing their disapproval of the withdrawals from a trust a drive thru customer made. Astonishingly unprofessional.

When are these people EVER open? They are ALWAYS closed! Hands down the worst branch ever! I'd switch banks but they'd have to be open to do it.

We had to open an account here because my husbands job transfers his pay here from another BOA in Kansas. Since we've opened it we notice when you get money from an ATM you are charged an ATM fee + the bank charges an additional ATM fee on top of the first fee so you're paying twice unless you use a BOA ATM. Then they charge an overdraft fee ($35.00) on pending charges. If there's anyway to rob you, they will!! The employees have always been nice and helpful so that's no problem. This location is very small and hard to get in and out of and there's no coverage over the ATM in the drive thru. If we didn't have to bank here we wouldn't, it's better to go somewhere else!

To keep a long story somewhat short, I work as a courier for a personal injury law firm in the Oklahoma City area. Part of my job is traveling around to different bank branches to meet with our clients in order to set up court ordered trust accounts for their minor children. In my three years of work so far I have met with about 68 different banks across the state. The process for setting up those trust accounts is rather simple and takes about 30 minutes start to finish. At this particular branch in Yukon it took three separate appointments all lasting about an hour each. For some reason their protocol at this bank is so outrageously difficult, and even their chief finance officer had to call the HQ because she didn't even know how to make an account. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME HERE, everything is overly difficult and honestly. They don't know what they are doing here. Each appointment I made to complete this particular trust they have been late seeing me by about 30 minutes. I could go on and on. Most people here however are pleasant and kind. But very under qualified.
