I scheduled the move for my elderly parent a few weeks in advance. I had correspondence through email confirmation and phone. The day of the move. They texted and said they were in a car accident and would run late. An hour later I told them I would be fine with moving it to the next day. They said they would be here at 830am. We have sat and waited, they never showed, never called, never returned a call. I have never experience this poor of service. I understand getting busy or overbooked but if you can't make the appointment that you scheduled then don't waste peoples time and money. I have to pay extra days for an apartment my elderly parent can't live in because we had to hustle around and find another moving company to work last minute because of all around moving lack of service.

Scheduled last minute with them, because another company dropped the ball. They were fantastic, showed up early, worked hard and did everything we asked! I will definitely use them again!

Scheduled last minute with them, because another company dropped the ball. They were fantastic, showed up early, worked hard and did everything we asked! We were on a budget and a tight timeline, they worked quickly and helped us stay on budget. I will definitely use them again!

I scheduled with them thru Uhaul and expected good things. They called in advance to coordinate time and location. Day of as I was picking up the Uhaul, Bud called and said the crew was running behind and it would be 2 o'clock. I said no problem and thanks for the call. I'm writing this at 6pm and haven't been able to reach him one time since that call and no movers have arrived. I had to scramble to find other movers, which is not easy at 5pm on a Saturday. I am extremely disappointed and would never use or recommend. If you're late, call. No exceptions.

Where to beginning, what to say and how to say it. This would have been my second time using this company. And, well it will definitely, be my last. The fist time I used All Around Movers, I had no complaints. They came around 9am and moved me from point A to point B. In a sufficient, amount of time. Now, I knew I'd need movers again in about a month. So, why not use then again...right? WRONG. Now, for the second move I called Buddy, about 2 weeks prior to set up the appointment for 8/18/18. Buddy, took my time and we set my appt for 9am that morning. But, this time around I ended up calling Buddy, about 10 times with no return call. From about 8:45am til about 9:30am. At, this point Im stressed. Buddy, FINALLY! calls me back at 10:40am with the "my phone got stolen" excuse. I asked why his movers didnt know about this move in advance? Then he proceeded to yell and make further excuses about his phone and, how he maintains hid business inquiries through his phone and with no other devices. After he said all of that he hung up in my face. I called back with no answer. To make a long story short. Do I recommend this company? NO! Will I have use this company again? NO! All around movers aka Buddy, are very unprofessional and, have terrible customer service

Very disappointing. So I found these guys thru the Uhaul moving service. I booked almost a week ahead of time. Only had a one bedroom apartment to move. The manager called a couple days prior to confirm the move and specs. Then called back later to inform us he was double booked and asked about our flexibility. We agreed to move back our time 1.5 hours. At that time we explained we had a tight window and had to have it done by certain time. On the day of our move we called to confirm they were on time and we were told they were on time and we were told they were headed our way. About 20 min later we get another call saying they had gotten a flat tire but fixing and would be there in 20 min. I called back in 35 minutes and was told they were just finishing up and would be on way in about 20 minutes??? Seriously. I do understand that flat tires happen, but no communication unless we called. And based on other reviews. Looks like this is how they work. BEWARE. Sorry All Around Moving. I rarely give bad reviews. But customers need to know what they are in for.

This was the worst of our 8 moves. Buddy did try to help but sent me a physically incapable mover. He took frequent and long breaks and I was paying by the hour. My washing machine and fridge were scratched and dresser damaged. Couch was set on end in garage and scooted on cement floor. The company I hired 3 weeks later to move us from storage took pics of damaged items. They wrapped my furniture in blankets and plastic wrap and had 10 years experience. I feel betrayed by previous positive Yelp reviews.

I had a great experience with All Around Moving! Buddy arrived a few minutes early, which was appreciated. Went right to work moving each piece of furniture being very careful and no damage to walls or the furniture. Would highly recommend.
