My washer broke today so I called at 1pm today to see what their hours are, and if they have any washers in stock. The answer was 2pm and yes, they have single washers in stock.We arrive 20 mins later to buy one, and my husband goes in and the woman tells him they have nothing available, that the ones he sees are just for show and he can't buy them. Earliest we can get one is Wednesday for delivery. Tells her we don't need delivery and we confirmed they were available before coming-still refused to sell to him. We only came here because it was Christmas eve and the closest store that sold them. Avoid this place at all cost and just go to Home Depot.

I went to look for living room furniture on Sunday the store was freezing cold it was so uncomfortable my hands were shaking. The rep never asked if we needed help. Only reason am giving 5 stars is because of the 2 delivery guys that brought my furniture they were awesome great with people wish I have gotten their names.

Worst customer service, changed my review because I called the store, a guy answered says Hello, I ask is this Aarons in Yukon, he goes oh yeah, yes. I tell him I need to adjust my payment he says he needs to put me on hold to speak with Jim, I believe because it was muffled sounding, they then put me on hold, after 10 minutes on hold i drive up while still on hold, walk into the store there are 3 men sitting in the office in not one doing anything, one guy walking on the sales floor comes up and asks if he can help, I tell him I need to change pay my date, he explains he won't be able to, so I tell him then just come pick it all up, at that point he says he will make a note and someone in accounting will call, and I said I seriously doubt thought if staff can't even answer the phone, I'm sure they'll ignore me to, I asked the guy his name he said Z or Zeke, and left the store, service here is terrible, someonenamed Trevor called me about 30 minutes later and apologize for not answering the phone then stated he would note my account to adjust the pay date, I was very shirt in the phone with him because all of this could have been avoided I'd any one of the 3 men sitting in the office had answered the phone, part of their job

Rude. Disrespectful. Paid over $3K to buy some products outright, they "can't find a record of it" and want to act like they haven't done anything wrong. It's okay though, having a federal attorney on my side will help "find my records" I'm sure.

I’m a bit of an ahole by nature, guys called me to do delivery said my wife couldn’t sign while I was at work. Was forced to leave work early was a bit irritated, but the guy on the phone was cool about my attitude. I Ended up apologizing, and the delivery guys were good people as well. I’m giving five stars for the performance but, I will say it’s a bit of bs that Aaron’s doesn’t allow their delivery drivers to accept tips. Need to change that policy.

Ordered a bed was told it would be delivered on the next Wednesday on Wednesday was told it would be another week. I canceled the order. My bank account was charged but the money was not returned to my account as promised and that folks is theft in anyones world. Do not do business with this store. Have done business with Arrons for 15 years never again. Same song second verse. This is the worst business I've ever been into. The GM needs to be flipping burgers some place. Its been over a month. They say the money has been returned. That's a flat lie. Please do not patronize this establishment nothing but run around and lies. I had to get the yukon police and Canadian count DA's office involved they contacted them and told me if the money was not returned to call the officer back and they will submit the report to detectives for investigation and prosecution

Got a refrigerator from them and even though the delivery was not smooth, we were happy in the end. The big mistake was ordering a washer and dryer to be continually told it will be delivered on a specific day and then having to call only to be told tomorrow. That day comes and passes without delivery even after I called midday and was assured my appliances would be delivered. When I called about 30 minutes before closing, a very indifferent employee said that she could not help and that the person who had advised the appliances would be delivered was not there. It is clear they could care less about anyone's business, so I would urge everyone reading this to find an alternate source as they do not follow through AT ALL!

My girlfriend was approved for a leasing agreement but then was told she couldn’t get anything. Was not even given an explanation as to why just a “y’all can get it with a full payment she was approved for 75” I kept asking what that meant and the lady just kept saying make a full payment on what you want.

Called a week in advance to have my furniture picked up on the day my lease ends in my apartment. I called the day of to see around what time they would be coming, they said they have no record of me scheduling to have it picked up.... now I have to pay 3 days extra in rent so this incompetent store can come pick up their junk. Worst store ever, do not go here.
