In a 24 hour period, first visit/issue was I arrived at the store when overnight should be working. Powers on, no cars in the parking lot, doors locked, and signs up saying be back soon. Banged on doors, no answers. Left.2nd visit. I bought a lottery ticket and won, the first woman who's name I did not get, scanned the ticket and printed out like it should then she told me she can't cash it because of the amount and that id have to send it off when that was false information, either way I didn't keep arguing I just went to 3 different locations and talked to 3 different assistant managers that all verified that they can cash it BUT since she scanned it and it printed off my ticket voucher, that not only can they cash it, they have to because that's where it was bought amd scanned. I went back up there. Told her the the information I received. She asked for help from another employee who then walked up and I told her the same thing. After telling her it had to be cashed there because of it being scanned there and giving her that thing back to put in her drawer so she could pay me she decided to go another route and not pick it up, and turn it around with the tips of her fingers then pointed where it says" has not been cashed yet" while repeating what it says to me. I put my chin down in my hand and calmly said maam you don't need to get an attitude. And her response as she got even more of an attitude was " I don't understand why you came back!".... At this time the only reason she has given me to not cash my ticket is "they can't" after confirming they have to from 3 separate locations and 3 separate managers. And you don't understand why I came back? So now I'm irritated and get louder because I'm arguing with them while a line is building up behind me and I matched the volume of her response with " because you haven't paid me" obviously. Finally the second reason other than I can't was we don't keep that much cash in our drawers, it's the end of the day. With even more of an attitude. Again, more pointless information. At that point I get her name, and leave, AFTER I turn around to apologize to the crowd behind. The time of day does not matter, and the amount in the drawers does not matter. I don't know if she is lazy or misinformed but what should've been done in that situation was they should've paid me from the get go from the safe, which is a very tedious ordeal because you can only pull out so much for a certain amount of time. That's why I say Idk if she is misinformed or lazy because I worked for 711 myself and I know the process. The whole ordeal was absolutely pathetic and unnecessary. It says on the back of a lottery under $600 in Oklahoma you can get it cashed, I verified by multiple people of the same company that she was not correct. This child actually said to a me "I don't understand why you came back" after scanning my ticket and not receiving my winnings due to lack of knowledge, ignorance, laziness, I could go on. I still have not been paid, I've contacted corporate of the situation, that treatment/behavior is absolutely unacceptable.

By far the worst run 7/11 in the okc metro. Nothing ever working. A line of inconvenienced people because the pump readers haven't worked in months so you force everyone inside. Very efficient guys

It’s an American 7-Eleven. Nothing outstanding compared to locations in Japan, Taiwan, or Thailand.

Went in for a chimichanga or a burrito to make it through lunch at work. Apparently 7-11 now only carries cold sandwiches or those 6+ hours under a heat-lamp guaranteed flurona with a dash of hershey-squirts things they call "tornados" guess they named them in the bathroom

Omg the strangest thing happened to me at this 7 11 last night. The lady at the register actually said "thank you" That's the 1st time in over a year I've heard of 7 11 clerk say anything other than "have a good one"I hope she doesn't get in trouble for saying thank you

While getting gas went inside to use restroom. Both restrooms were locked and no one answered the knock. After 4 minutes knocked again and then asked cashier if the restrooms were working. He answered yes. A father with 2 young sons came and waited but the boys really needed to go so he carried one and they ran for another business. Long story but after waiting 25 minutes, and watching numerous customers knock on the doors, it turns out the young lady mopping had locked both doors. She could have mopped one to let the floor dry and keep one open while she mopped the store floor and then mopped the other. When asked why she would lock both she could care less. If seven eleven would like the cashier and moppers names- contact me.

I love this 7-11 and am there multiple times a day. I have watched one by one as the staff is run off by the horrible district manager. Please do something as it has always been a place that I enjoy going into and its becoming less of a pleasure when there are new different people every time I go in.

Since corporate took over the store my thanks card does not work, your fuel prices between grades are to high, the store is not kept as clean as they were when it was a franchise store employees attitudes have changed

Brendan needs to work on his customer service for sure and maybe help his co worker instead of just telling them what they need to do.

The woman here was so nice and the store was reasonably clean. She and I chatted, made small talk and she made me feel valued as a customer. There's plenty of gas pumps, the lot is clean, etc.
