Concerning this location, Bekah is very knowledgeable and helpful with my specific situation. She recognizes me when I come in, along with other employees of the bank. It's more personal than big city banks, and I like that.”

“This bank is now owned by BMO, not bank of the west. However, this changes nothing about this review. From day 1, the ladies at this branch have always had my back. Daytee, Shanine and Madison are absolute shining lights in a world of darkness. Everytime I ever came in they treated me like family, especially when it came to needing to shut down my late wife's affairs financially. Their services and products are world class, and when you leave their branch, even if you are poor, you will leave feeling like a millionaire because of how well they treat their customers. Thank you ladies for all the help, advice and excellent service!”
