Do not go here if you’re a woman and do not know much about cars. They will take advantage of you and charge you an arm and a leg for a simple oil change. I asked for them not to give me full synthetic and they still charged me 30 dollars and then they made me pay 14 dollars for a 5 dollar air filter. $20 in labor for ten minutes of changing my oil and etc. $75 is a rip off, I will not be back.

They don't ask what fluids you want in your transfer case it ended up it's ok but I have used nothing but the transfer case fluid since I bought it I told them that and they argued with me it's not what the customer wants it's what they want and you will just have to deal with it I will never returnService: Oil change

They charged over $400 for a transmission flush, then messed it up. After a month of looking at my check engine light, and "Quality" couldn't figure out what was wrong, I took my Cherokee to Irwin Motors. They charged me about $270 to drain the transmission fluid, and do the job right, and advised me to take the invoice to "Quality" to get them to reimburse me. As of this writing, I haven't heard back from "Quality", and it has been 4 business days. I'll edit this if anything changes.EDIT: It has now been a couple of weeks, and they have not contacted me. The integrity of their work means nothing to them. Come here at your own risk.
