I bought an 06 Taurus and a week later service engine light came on and I stopped at O'Reilly's and an employee named Chase came and read the code, looked up the part, even helped me change the part in the parking lot, then cleared the code. Really great service, above and beyond what I expected.

They have a long wait time when ordering parts. If you need your part overnight best to go elsewhere.
