Family Dollar has zero assemblance of customer service. You cannot get in touch with upper management because they do not care what the consumer thinks or feels. The Family Dollar is destined to go the way of Sears Roebuck and for the same reason. Lousy customer service. Half their stores do not even answer the phone when you call. If ever there be another choice then I will take it, however Dollar General is just as useless. In fact the nearest Dollar General has an openly racist manager in control. Still our nearest Family Dollar has a manager so inept, so argumentative, so insulting, so rotten to the core that it amazes me he still has a job. He's even violent as he steered his truck directly at me. This is the choices we have as consumers. Walmart is no better. So when other choices arise, and they will arise, then I will take them. United grocery stores are a bit more expensive but the customer service is exemplary and I do not mind spending a bit more when I am treated with courtesy. I will purchase as little as possible from Family Dollar, or Dollar General, or Walmart, as my feelings, and my value as a customer to them is more than obvious to me when I am as poorly treated as I am at any of those afore mentioned stores. Upper Management at all three afore mentioned stores is impossible to get in contact with as don't you know that us as customers that pay these stores bills, and their salaries are insignificant peons to these conceded, irresponsible, uncaring, money hoarding, greedy, despicable people riding around in the limos my shopping money has helped buy for them. I quit shopping at Sears as did many many others. I will not shop at any of the afore mentioned stores unless I have absolutely no choice, as these stores (Walmart, Dollar General, and Family Dollar) have made it abundantly clear to me that my feelings as a customer absolutely do not even concern these people in the slightest degree. I've upped my standards Walmart, and I've upped my standards Family Dollar and I've upped my standards Dollar General so up yours!

I work here and I like working here so it would be bias of me to put 5 stars. But it's a nice store tho full of good friendly staff. Myself not included in that statement. It's not for me to judge the kind of a staff member I am or am not. But yes I highly recommend shopping here. Lots of options and good prices and everything is easy to find and well stocked. I should know.

Yall are awesome the clerk charli that worked on 12-20-21 around 12:15pm Needs a raise and a praise because he was perfect at his job helped me look for what I want even walked down the rows to help me look couldn't fined it and apologize to me for not having it went over and Beyond my expectations I will definitely be making this my main store it's family dollar by Anne's liquor.

The employee was so rude to this poor little lady in front of me and all over bagging the items. He said he couldn't bag them like she wanted that would waste bags and it takes a week to get bags in. Very rude and inconsiderate. Never again

I was very highly impressed with the staff!!! They were very friendly and helpful!!!! I recomend the best all around applause to them!!!!
