“The people here do a great job. Always dealing with people who have no clue what is going on and how the mail service even works most of the time it is because of how the city has the address system or 911. So don't let people get you down and keep up the good work. Also, the building look in good shape and look nice for the holidays when we stop by.”
“I live in Ohio and was given a tracking number by the sender that showed my package was delivered in Poteau, OK. I called the post office there, and they actually called the carrier, who went back to look at the package and double check the delivery address. I couldn't believe they actually did that while I waited on the phone. Turned out that I was given the wrong tracking number by the sender. The ladies I spoke with were super helpful and friendly.Thank you so much!”
