“I have worked with this location for large format printing and other commercial type printing projects for several years meaning some weeks we may send them 50 + oversize plotting projects and all I can say is these people are awesome to deal with. They are cordial, professional and very attenative to my companies requests and needs. We are set up to do our own plotting for oversize plans & related documents etc....BUT they do such a good job I cannot justify having this work done in house anymore. I know I can email them what I need and it will get done properly and trouble free. If you need something done that is within thier scope of work I would HIGHLY recommend them....Good Job Guys & Gals it is much appreciated as always. One suggestion I would make, if you need something done and done right take it to them but don't expect something to be done in minutes, I am sure they would try to but give them time to do your work properly so it is done right and stress free.”

“I’m working remote, reliant on my personal devices; dropped my phone out of my pocket (smashed it, ordered a new one pretty quick). Tracking seemed to go awry, so called the dreaded ‘help’ number - and got helped, big time! Had to negotiate my way to the FedEx depot without a phone (lol) and only post-it notes, scribbled from Googlemap directions. When I got there, I was met with common sense, speed, and efficiency. Amazing!!”

They are knowledgeable and often suggest ways to save money on printing and things like that. The store is super clean and organized compared to other office supply stores. I am an artist, and can find a lot of art supplies there, and accessories to support me.”
“From the moment I came in, Will was VERY welcoming. He greeted me within 1 step of me entering. I had my own box (which was too big) and Will kindly suggested (but didn't force) a smaller, more accommodating box. I wasn't fully prepared and was having to check my email for details on the shipping, all the while, Will was very patient. Once I thought I had everything, Will looked over it and managed to help me out more than I needed. He and another lady (a black lady, I forgot to ask her name!) were just so nice. She kept up conversation that really eased my mind. Her and Will assured me that everything was okay, even when I kept apologizing for not having everything ready. Will, thank you, so much, even if you aren't the one who reads this. Will showed incredible patience and never once made me feel like I was annoying him or bothering him. This isn't the closest FedEx Office to my house but I will DEFINITELY come back here if I need to ship anything, just because of Will and the other lady being so kind.”

“After the help and generosity I received at this post office earlier today, I feel obligated to leave a review. The man behind the counter was so kind and patient with me. We spent nearly 10 minutes cleaning up a mess I mistakingly made with a sharpie. I felt like a complete idiot but he kept reassuring it was not a big deal, which it was.
It's a tiny post office with a comfortable small town feel staffed by people that the world needs more of.”
