“Over the moon service! I needed to ship high end art. The owner personally went to the location, picked up the art, had a crate built to ensure it would arrive without damage, packaged and shipped my item and it arrived in 2 days. The communication was excellent. I received pictures of my purchase the day it was picked up, the crate; and the packaged crate before shipment. The owner followed up to make sure the package arrived. They were able to insure the shipment for the amount needed. This was the best, personalized experience I have had with a shipping company.”

“From the moment I came in, Will was VERY welcoming. He greeted me within 1 step of me entering. I had my own box (which was too big) and Will kindly suggested (but didn't force) a smaller, more accommodating box. I wasn't fully prepared and was having to check my email for details on the shipping, all the while, Will was very patient. Once I thought I had everything, Will looked over it and managed to help me out more than I needed. He and another lady (a black lady, I forgot to ask her name!) were just so nice. She kept up conversation that really eased my mind. Her and Will assured me that everything was okay, even when I kept apologizing for not having everything ready. Will, thank you, so much, even if you aren't the one who reads this. Will showed incredible patience and never once made me feel like I was annoying him or bothering him. This isn't the closest FedEx Office to my house but I will DEFINITELY come back here if I need to ship anything, just because of Will and the other lady being so kind.”
“This location will ship and do what you need. It’s an actual Fed Ex store. Not all of the locations have all the services. We went to a couple before this one, but they didn’t have the service we needed. At this one, we could overnight a letter which is what we were needing. Hope this helps!”
“Always helpful staff. I was in twice this past week to ship items. One item had batteries, I was told at my local location that they couldn't accept it there, and infact no fedex in OKC would accept my item that I was reviewing due to it containing lithium batteries. The manager at the store indicated I would call for pick up. She was infact incorrect and I found another location not far away to accept my return item. No issues.”

“I enjoyed my short time with WFX. I made some pretty decent money there. I only left because they could never get me home on time. I live in Phoenix, AZ and they tell you in orientation that we’re called western flyer express for a reason expect to go to Cali often. I went to Cali 1 time in the 4 months I worked there. I only went home 3 times and made it only once on time bringing my truck home. The other 2 times I left the truck in OKC and drove my personal car back and forth just to make it home on time for important things I needed to attend too. Mind you I always set my home time for 2 days before I actually need to go home. Other than that they’re a pretty good company to work for if all you do is live in your truck. I’d say there’s only 2 things I wish they did. A fuel discount with loves who they use for fuel. Second is personal maintenance accounts. Just sucks you’re putting money into a company wide account and never see it. It’s like you’re paying for other people’s bills. If it doesn’t work out at Swift and I’m eligible for rehire I’d go back.”
