I went to one of their self checkouts in Wetumka Oklahoma and I had an item that required an employee to verify my ID. I looked all over this store and even yelled in the back storage room for assistance. No one came. I thought I was going to have to leave due to not being able to finish paying out. Another customer said this happens all the time. When I got back home up front there were three employees and one had rang up my other products without my knowledge. They said they were all in the little room behind the checkout counter. They sure didn’t hear me and not one employee out managing the store. Ridiculous and not worthy of my business.

Very slow even with the new do it your self check out line. Employees really don't no how to fix bugs on the new registers if they mess up. But it's not the employees fault. The company should have a in store trainer to Trane there employees.

The service is just awful. Stand at the register for far to long waiting on checker to show up at counter!

Went in for 3 things!! Stood in line for 20 minutes!! Then it took them 10 mins to ring me up and get my change, had to say something to get them to finish the 2 girls were sitting there talking to each other, had 6 people behind me this store has gone down hill!!! Will not be going back if I can help it
