They go above and beyond their duties to get you taken care of and make sure you’re happy by the time it’s all said and done. They are knowledgeable and an artist at what they do. While everyone else is charging a home loan to get windows replaced they’re still helping your average Joe or Jane. They won’t try to put in those hidden charges where “something is broken” “or this needs to be replaced” when it really doesn’t. If you’re going anywhere else for your glass NEEDS then I’m sorry to say but you’ve been duped. You’re going to the wrong places and getting the wrong prices. Get to Siloam glass & mirror. I promise you won’t break the bank when the glass is broke.”

“Easy and straightforward to work with. Lots of stuff to look at in the showroom.They don't really try and sell you anything so it's good if you know what you want when you get there. But the prices were fair, they were honest, and they kept their promises. I have no complaints.Really the only negative for me was the opposite of what I said above, sometimes I want some recommendations and opinions. When I was ordering a relatively expensive item a few months back I wanted their input on the best choices and if what I had selected was a good choice or if they would recommend something else. However, getting anyone to offer an opinion or advice was not just tough, it just wasn't coming no matter how I asked or what I said.Again, if you know just want you to want they will treat you fairly and honestly, that's better than most places where you leave wondering if you were ripped off or lied to. These guys don't do business that way.”
