I would not recommend this Pharmacy to ANYONE ever!! I've been to many pharmacies and worked at several locations that had pharmacies in Oklahoma. Almost everyone in that Pharmacy are rude, come off like they're better than anyone else, and they're always angry and seem to hate life. If you ever have a problem good luck! And not only that, they do some questionable practices regarding patients information. Go anywhere else but there!

I wish I could give 0 stars. So first thing this morning, I sent in pictures to be printed at Walgreens in Weatherford. I got an email around 11am saying they are ready for pick up. I go back online and request to pick them up through the drive thru and I go ahead and pay for them. I get to Walgreens around 4:50pm and after they had trouble finding my pictures they tell me I can't pick them up in the drive thru but to pull around front and they will bring them out to me. I pull around and wait for 15 minutes. Then I get a call saying I have to come in and pay for them at which point, I tell her they have already been paid for. The girl inside comes out to my car and requests confirmation that I've paid for it as they can't see I've paid for them on their end. I showed them my order confirmation and my receipt (one had the before tax balance and the other had the after tax balance). She then request TO SEE MY BANK ACCOUNT!!! One, you have no right to ask for that. Two, I pulled it up because I was getting very frustrated. She told me due to it saying "pending" by the charge, that it hasn't gone through. I then proceeded to explain to her how the banking system works and that it won't say approved immediately. Since I was so mad, I showed her where I bought and paid for my gas even though it said pending and where I paid for stuff at the dollar store earlier today and it said pending. I proceeded to ask for a manager at which point the girl tells me she was instructed my her manager to not give me the pictures until they were paid for AND that she would not be getting the manager for me since she already spoke to him. So after 45 minutes, I left without the pictures that I bought and paid for. I am HOT!

The store had a bad smell as soon as you walked in, dirty merchandise, I had to dig to find what I was looking for not covered in sticky food or grime, waited at the checkout for over 5 minutes before I was acknowledged, a random employee came from outside and starting running up other people who were behind me and then another one who was just gossiping in photos with another associate decided to check me out once the line was another 6 people deep and again after a 5 minute wait. I’ve had this experiance a few times here and I keep thinking that it will change and it just never does, save time and just go to the Walmart, cheaper and at least you can check yourself out and not have to wait AND it doesn’t smell.

I had to go get a passport picture yesterday and I called to check first and they were very helpful on the phone. Getting to the store, the cashier was very helpful getting a manager to take my picture and he was very nice. Both were friendly and I appreciated them both. Very good customer service.

Moved to town last month. Went to the doctors office to get a refill that I have had for the last 5 YEARS. Same prescription, same dose, nothing has changed in 5 YEARS!! Weatherford pharmacist would not fill it because of some local doctor, and informed me the ONLY way she would fill my prescription is if I released my medical records to her. When did pharmacist become doctors Walgreens?? She did give me some good advice however, and I quote, “either send me your medical history/lab results, or go elsewhere”. Guess I’ll spend my money elsewhere.

Staff is not helpful, customers were left waiting quite a while as staff didn't acknowledge when customers came in and there is NO sense of urgency, no I'm sorry I didn't see you, or I'm sorry you had to wait.

Store was positively filthy. Carpets, floors, etc. Everywhere you looked! These guys need a inspection. Also, when I went to check out, no one could be found. The only reason we even went into the store was we had waited in the drive thru for 15 minutes with no movement.
