My parents are not very tech savy. They had to take a phone in for help. Dylan was very patient with them and never made them feel like they were problems. By far one of the best sales reps!!

While shopping around for a new cellular provider we stopped into T-Mobile to see what they had to offer. Hunter greeted us as we walked in the door and seemed happy to answer all of our questions without ever once trying to pressure us into buying now or trying to up sell us.We were so impressed with his easy demeanor and honest approach to our questions that we had all but made up our minds who we were going with before we even checked what the competition had to offer.When we came back later in the day Hanna walked us trough signing up. While it can be a time consuming process, Hanna made it feel effortless and dare I say, entertaining.Both Hunter and Hanna are shining examples of how sales should be conducted and how to treat customers.

Always have a wonderful experience when coming in to get help!This time we had a few advanced questions about adding another line and Bri, who is from the Elk City T-Mobile but helping at the weatherford location today helped us out a ton and was super nice! She made the process so smooth and made sure we got what we were wanting! Everyone in this store is super kind and chill from what we’ve experienced!I love that this T-mobile allows self expression for their employees! Their cool employees give me compliments on my hair and piercings everytime!

Absolutely amazing. I travel in a 5th wheel and work remotely so I am always changing wireless carriers for the areas I am in as I rely on it for my remote work in the telecom industry. I came in a bit panicked as when we got into town AT&T had barley any signal. My associate Kitana and her manager were so helpful and set me up with the business 5G modem plan. They listened to my need and got me out the door for $50 a month when going in I thought it would be at least $150 a month for what I needed. By far the most friendly staff and actually care to help out and listen to the need. If you have a need for service in Weatherford, OK, I have tried the 3 major wireless carriers here and the speeds t-mobile has here are incomparable to AT&T and Verizon in the area on my experience.

I'm a t mobile customer but I was having problems with my companies phone. Went to this t mobile and Jose helped my with that phone that was not Evan on their network. Jose rocks. Exactly why I'm a t mobile customer

I love tmobile, a big part of that is the team at this store! They'll do anything in their power to make sure you have the best experience. Highly recommend Stormie, shes a fantastic manager who will go above and beyond for her customers.

I had a pleasant experience at this store. I didn't buy anything, but the experience was nice. First, I wanted to see if the new phone I want is in stock. The one I want hasn't been in stock pretty much anywhere for a while now, but I was hoping I'd get lucky. The employee I talked to was super nice and friendly. We talked for about 20 minutes about the chip shortages and phones. I told him about the last time I tried to upgrade and how the person was less than helpful. He checked into it and let me know what the other employee put in the notes, so I was grateful for that. It confirmed my impression of that employee and how he really didn't want to help me. Unfortunately, the phone I wanted was not in stock. The employee did show me the ones they did have, but I'm undecided. The employee also let me know of another store opening in November, and that's honestly great news because it's a lot closer to me. This T-Mobile location is definitely a good one. Bonus: it's by Qdoba, yay!
