Hairstylist was awesome as usual. I was very disappointed to see the “new” generic atmosphere. It is usually such a happy and uplifting place with the colorful seasonal drawings on the mirrors and the coloring pages the kids complete while they are there. Not today. Felt like going in to a doctors office. Think I will look for a locally owned shop with some personality!

Every time I've been in to get my haircut this year there has only been one barber working. Each and every time they have had customers leave rather than wait, and a couple times customers were turned away by the barber that would be working saying she was closing in an hour and not.taking anyone else. Danica gave me a good cut today but the last time I was in another one of the barbers gave me a cut and my wife had to fix it when I got home. And they close now at 6pm. Most people dont get off work till 5 then you beat it in and get told they are not taking any more customers they'd have to come back! Why don't they just get a few more barbers and stay open til 7pm?

I have noticed some people come in and see several other people sitting in the waiting area and then leave. If you come in and see several people waiting, don't leave. Check the sign up sheet instead, and then you'll know how many individuals are getting a haircut. While I was waiting, there were seven of us, but only three got a haircut

I wish I had our stylist name, she was the first chair on the left side when entering the shop. As I explained what we wanted, she made sure she understood our wants and Thank goodness! She explained exactly what was gonna look like and help us figure out what was the best cut needed. It turned out fantastic! Thank you so much ?

I always get the best service here, the hair stylists are amazing and always do my layers right without cutting off half my hair length, this my 3rd visit and they have all been amazing!
