“Have you ever tried to find football cleats in the middle of nowhere after football season has started? Yeah, I don't recommend it. Thankfully Hibbett has a great website and I was able to find cleats for my nephew. Bonus points: it was in stock at this store and could be picked up in just a few hours. When I arrived, I was greeted promptly and the lady was quick to grab my order. The store is very well-organized, and as I was waiting I noticed a good amount of products. I was eyeballing some shoes I may need to come back for myself. The lady called her manager just to make sure she didn't need anything else from me. She was also quick to respond, courteous, and polite. Both employees were. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. I'm totally a fan of that! Football cleat crisis solved!”
