They charged me $70 for one color on my nails. (
My friend got the same shape, exact same color, and we both got full sets. Hers were $60. They’re overpriced and my nail beds hurt so bad after going. First time I went they were super nice to me but my second visit I didn’t get good service. They weren’t kind and I didn’t feel like I was wanted in the room. They do a pretty good job, but they’re service could be better and their prices could be more reasonable and accurate to what they’re menu says.

I have had two pedicures here, and found the salon to be clean and comfortable. The two ladies who interacted with were pleasant, friendly and caring. They have massage chairs that work wonders on your back while you enjoy your pedicure. Both experiences were very pleasant. I will definitely be back.

I have been here twice now for pedicures. The salon is clean and comfortable, and the two ladies that have been there are polite and caring. Pedicures were thorough and very relaxing. I have been happy with my visits, and will be back on a regular basis as I can.

Right when i walked in i felt like i was a bother.Got my nails done here and had a picture of what i wanted my nails to look like. It was a very simple picture, and then the lady started to work on my nails. Immediately she was hurting my nail bed with the file and then made the acrylic bumpy and patchy. Also went to the bathroom and there were some old caucasian men, and asian women talking in a room being loud. Seemed very sketchy and it seemed like they were offering inappropriate services. Red flag all around. Not something for ANYBODY to be around.

My daughter had ombré nails & wanted to just do a new color fill. The lady insisted she could match the pink. Reference the picture ?Now on to my nails. I asked for a new set, almond shape, black matte. None of my nails are the same shape, the gel/matte is bubbling & I’m pretty sure the nails are loose. By the time we were done it had been 2 1/2 hours & I had already asked her to fix it once so I was just ready to leave.They charged $35 for the fill & $75 for the new set! Highly disappointed ☹️

First time coming to royal nails. Walked in hoping to get a pedicure, the place was empty with an hour and half before closing. Should have taken that as a clue. The lady walked from in the back a few moments later and asked what I wanted, I was still looking at the pricing and replied that I would like to get a pedicure. She then told me I was too fat and that I would break her chairs… talk about great customer service… definitely do not recommend to anyone.Service: Pedicures

Asked for long acrylic coffin nails. Got straight nails. Wanted green polish for st. Patty’s day, got clear polish with green glitter, in person lots of gaps. Manhandled me and didn’t care for my skin at all. Left in pain and irritated. A lady named Vivian did my grandmother’s mani pedi, did a wonderful job. If you go here, ask for her. I ended up spending hours trying to fix it myself, so much for treating myself.Services: Gel manicure
