Very poor service. Every time we need propane we have to call 2-3 times before we get it delivered! The driver is rude and talks bad about other customers.On a second call one time about getting propane, the driver said, I am getting ready to go hunting, I will swing by and put 25-30 gallons in. That will get you by till I get back! Say what? But, when I asked the last time to get 50 gallons due to fallen on hard times the driver said, no has to be 100 gallons at least.Was merely trying to get what I could afford at the time to stay warm. Weather man was saying 12-18” of snow and -20 to -30 degrees for the high.To say the least this company is not out to serve the customer just looking out for themselves. I hope the favor is returned to them someday 3 times over!

Great place to do business with! Friendly, helpful staff, and their prices are AWESOME, no hidden fees to get smacked with! And I LOVE that safety is their priority, checking things out and answering all my questions!

Great and friendly company! Good place with small town feel and but big company experience. Needed parts for my set up and they were able to next day deliver for me. Very helpful and knowledgeable people! Always stop by when I’m passing through.

Been a customer for nearly 10 years. My propane is down to 10% with an extreme cold snap coming in. I call to see what's the minimum amount I could order. Since my son passed away August 1, 2017, and my wife of 40 years August 21, 2018. I tried to tell her I was still getting all financial matters in order. I ask if I could pay it out over a couple of months. I'm told no not for that amount being ordered. Ask if I could pay it off next month, just one month. Instead she tells me what's the minimum i could pay. I have no money at this time, extreme cold front is moving in. I'll be sitting here with no propane. I will be checking into a new propane service. Never been treated so badly by a company, they really need someone else to answer their phones.

Very poor customer service over the phone. The lady that answers the phone was very rude and could use some more training. Delivery driver was very knowledgeable and friendly. Unfortunately I will not be using their service anymore due to my last experience.
