The storage units leak. Ruined half of our stuff with water damage. Cleaned out and swept our storage unit after use. Called the next day to release it and the old lady told me the young lady said she had to sweep it. Which is very disturbing bcuz we hadnt released the locker yet. Said she was keeping the 25 dollar deposit bcuz the young lady said she swept it. As if they were told by someone else our locker was finished being used by us. Told her the locker leaked and ruined a box of shoes and the old lady acted offended and said she couldnt fix what she didnt know about. She knows her lockers leak, reason being is we declined two of them bcuz of the standing water within them. She acted some kind of way about the deposit, but did say she would give it back. Its been two weeks since that old lady said we could get our deposit mailed to us. We live in Weatherford so theres no excuse why its been longer than a week. Besides all of this, the ppl working in the lil shop up front questioned our presence everytime we showed up. As if we were stealing things from our own locker. If youre going to store something worth having, then I suggest you go somewhere else. Besides having the old lady lie to your face, youll have ppl watching your every move, and a young lady will check ur locker whenever she feels like it. Made me feel like had we stored something worth having, it wouldnt have been there when we got back. Theres a reason them boys are watching so close, and it isnt good.
