Scheduled an interview then ignored me. When I contacted supervisor was told sorry Shannon Lanoue is home sick. After 2 hours of trying to figure out what happened her supervisor rudely explained how busy she was but when could I reschedule? How about never. If you treat potential employees this way I would hate to be a customer!

I just got off the phone with the supervisor of this location. She was EXTREMELY RUDE calling me names told I was a liar. I was given the runaround for their mistakes. The person I talked to sounded like she just got back from the bar I'm furios with these people. DO NOT USE JACKSON HEWITT
