This driver is amazing. I have had at least 3 transactions recently. He is always courteous and he even helped push package (a gift for hubby) inside. He rings doorbell as requested (other companies don't). I am elderly and on oxgyen, so I appreciate him very much.

They let me know in a timely manner that my package would be late. It arrived on their projected date, the driver was kind enough to move it inside as requested because I could not. Overall service, superb!

I wanted to thank the FedEx driver that delivered my husband's package yesterday. It was pouring down rain and he bagged it to make sure it didn't get wet. So, thank you! Minutes prior to you arriving UPS was here and our box was soaking wet. So, Thank you FedEx and Thank you to that sweet man who covered our package. May God Bless You!!

I didnt realize FedEx vehicles were allowed to speed through town, and drive so erratically. If you have a child or pet get hit, it was probably a FedEx truck

Packages delivered to wrong house on 3 different occasions. Called fed ex was told each time they would call back the next day to let us know what they found out they never called back had to end up going thru Amazon to get replacements sent out

Very very very frustrated the with fedex delivering not 1 nor 2 but now 3 packages to the wrong address literally how does one mess up on addresses when they are literally 3 miles away and not even close to the same numbers and have called and called to have the situation resolved and does no good. It took 2 months on the first mix up for the company to resend me a new item, ther second was a big truck tire, are you kidding me luckily my hubby drove the streets for miles and happened to see a tire just laying on the porch. Only way we got that back. Now same situation who knows where it might be. The Weatherford distributor needs to get it together this isn't acceptable at all. 3 package since April and not one delivered to correct address. Not happy at all!! If I had a choice on delivery services it certainly wouldn't be FEDEX!!

I had given this FedEx a one star review. Was very frustrated after calling FedEx 800 number where I encountered. Extremely unhelpful personnel, that left me upset. I was able to find the loCal FedEx phone number. I called and talked to Shawn who was very helpful. I package was delivered next day.
