Amazing experience with the manager, Amy. She was very helpful from the get go. I’ve worked in storage for years and being a family run-business, they were completely on top of it. For the rest of these reviews, it’s a storage unit, guys. Crickets and spiders are a given, city OR rural, it doesn’t matter how much pest control you do, it’s a given. Thanks again for the great service y’all have provided.

DO NOT GET A STORAGE HERE! I've tried to pay my storage for a month and there's nobody ever there. She lies and says someone is there 10am to 5pm. I moved to OKC and she knew it. She chose not to tell me they were gonna dispose of all my stuff after I asked for autopay and tried so many times to pay in person. They give you 30 days and then just ignore your calls and messages. My friend sat there for an hour yesterday before close trying to make my payment for me and the door was locked. I've had someone this morning come by 3 times already and the door is still locked. The lady running it is a thief and liar. I've had the money to pay since July 3rd and couldn't make my payment. I've now lost all my belongings because of someone who's extremely unprofessional and has no idea how to run a business. Please take this warning and don't do business with them.

will incorrectly charge you months after you’ve cleared out storage unit and asked to terminate payment. only refund you a partial amount their wrongfully charging you and they are impossible to get a hold of! still waiting for a voicemail i left 2 months ago to be returned and call frequently every week with no avail. super unprofessional.

Place is great but getting ahold of the people that run it is nearly impossible. Been xalling everyday this week to take care of things and they are either at a Dr apt or doing other things . Still waiting on a call back

Don’t even tour their rentals. Me and my friends applied for a place through them and the application fee was $35 per person (so $105 all together) and they kept saying they would call us back. They haven’t and the days they said they would call us back and then that they were too busy with meetings. No one is usually in their office there aren’t signs on the door stating business hours. Unprofessional and probably a scam!!!!

The units themselves are prone to spiders, mice, and snakes. Being so close to open fields must be the reason as I've never had those issues with other storage buildings...less rural. Somehow even worse is the customer service which is rude, insincere, and condescending.

Love this place. Location is so convenient to our apartment. Terrific lady took care of us the first time we walked in, and it seems as though the place is is very good hands. We are happy to keep our extra storage here.

Beyond unfriendly and difficult to deal with from the beginning. They have zero office capabilities and have zero respect for their customers. The kind of people who would call you a friend just to get close enough to stab you in the back. Avoid if anyway possible!
