Beautiful people that are willing to help you... even if your port in request from your previous carrier does not go well.
Modern publicly traded wireless carriers are monsters. They have ensnared independent operators like this operation in Weatherford, OK into a hopeless web that can barely operate. Even so, they will continue to do the right thing to help you.
A++ despite the difficulties. Really nice people at this independent retailer.

I had a pleasant experience here at the Weatherford cricket. The ladies there are much too sweet and the lady Lorena was oh so sweet and helpful at helping me set up my cricket account. This is the type of service I enjoy so much, thank you cricket.

Went into the store to get a simple sim card. We were told we needed one because the old one was outdated. We were refused and not sold a sim card. We explained what we were told by Cricket help line assistant. Again we were refused a Sim card. I could of gotten one at Walmart but they were sold out. The person in the store said it was her (I think) policy that not sim card leaves unless its checked by her. The attitude that this was said in was a holier than thou type. That store will not get any business of mine, ever.

Those ladies went above and beyond for me! They helped me set my max info up and even helped me switch over my contacts! I highly recommend! These two ladies did an amazing job!

Absolutely loved shopping here! Lilian and Jay were super helpful making sure I left the store with everything I needed. Even told me I could save money on my bill every month. I didn’t get that with T-Mobile. They gave me plenty of options without pushing me into anything I didn’t want, and made sure to answer any questions I had. Thank you!
