My wife had a flat while on I-40 and was running on a donut. I was able to reach Jonathan who answered after hours. He and is crew bent over backwards to help find a replacement tire. He even called me after my wife had been back on the road for a while to make sure she was getting along OK.

My grandpa got his tires changed a couple days ago and tpms sensor came on. We called them and they said that there was nothing they could do since we couldn't prove it was them who messed with it.
