My daughter was traveling from OKC to her hometown near Amarillo when her car had some issues leaving her stranded on busy 1-40, I called a couple shops in Weatherford and didn’t really like the answers I was giving when asking if they could diagnose her cars issues. Man we are covered up and it’s almost lunch etc. I gave mikes a call and the man said we are busy but if you can get her here we can look at it real quick and let you at least know the problem so you can make arrangements for a rental, pick her up etc… I had a tow truck (veterans towing) pick it up and in to shop at no time at all. Within minutes he diagnosed it and had his mechanic fix it. Outstanding customer service and offered to take her to get food or anything else she needed. “Was recommended here by the folks at the Stafford. I run guided car caravans and one of our cars had a nail in a tire. They patched it up while my guest was still touring the museum. It was so fast. I can't thank them enough for getting her back on the road without having to miss any part of her RT66 adventure. While there, I also noticed them working with a young mother to find an affordable tire since she needed one. No BS gimmicks or "gotcha" tactics. Just honest, straight-forward good work. “I was traveling to Arizona when my rvs engine started overheating and then completely shut down. I called them on Sunday and they sent a mobile tech out Monday morning to the campground I was at. The tech immediately found the problem, went back to the shop, got the 2 parts, came back and installed them. I was up and running quickly. “Tanners is absolutely amazing! I had a tree fall on my car august 8 and they had it back to me august 10! Then they had to replace the side drivers mirror and had it back to me in under 30 minutes! THEN the motor on my window had to be replace and I went in there this morning to get an estimate and they quoted me $90 less than another place! And what they said was wrong wasn’t even wrong with the window! They said I needed to replace the window! But I dropped it off at 10:30 and they had it done by 11:02. They are absolutely wonderful!”
“On a road trip passing through the area I got a flat tire on the highway. I was able to put my donut tire on and found this shop right away. I was greeted immediately by a staff member who took a look at my tire to see if it could be fixed. Unfortunately it couldn’t be but he was able to get me to a shop in town who could.
