So I had a bit of a rough experience here last night, and I did leave a one star review... then I reached out to the corporate office, and first thing this morning I got a email back, after reading the email I swiftly deleted my negative review... I was only expecting a generic email like "thanks for your concern" or something to that effect. But one of the Hutchinsons took time out of her day to respond to my complaint and talk to me about it, and address the situation at hand. I truly believe that the Hutchinsons truly care about their customers and their employees, and I will continue to be a hutch's customer for many, many years to come.

i have been having a rough couple of days because of a hard death that happened in my family, so i was feeling really down so me and my bf went to hutches to get stuff and get out the house and when we were going around looking for stuff every corner we turned there was this employee who was so rude. she was sweeping and i get it she has to do her job but it seemed like she skipped places just to be rude, she would stand there and say excuse me in such a rude way. literally everywhere we went. i was trying to get out the house and get my mind off things and she didn’t make it any better, she actually made it worse and made me cry. shows just how rude people can truly be. if i could rate this a 0 i would. never going back to this night shift group.

The cashier was horrible! I could tell she was upset because she had to stop stalking in order to come cash me out. And then when I asked her if she was okay she said yes but her demeanor did not change. I understand having to get your job done but when you work in customer service the customer is your first priority. She was unfriendly and not necessarily rude but not making me feel like I was a welcome customer there. I ordered food and bought products from the store, but she made me feel like I was unwelcome in this storeI will not be back after dark when the second shift starts

This location is the best. Everyone was always nice and accommodating to me as a customer and treated me well as an employee. 10/10 do recommend but I can't say the same for the weatherford location. all shade and tea intended.

One of our little town favorite gas station stops!! They have quite the variety!! Today I went for the loaded fajita baked potato and the little ones had spicy chicken bites, mozzarella cheese sticks and a BLT with French fries. You can always count on fresh HUGE salads ready to go for a quick meal along with many options in warmer!! Pizza, BOSCO sticks (basically a buttery crunchy dough filled with cheese and pepperoni) sausage links, corn dogs, hot pockets....too much to list! Also they are well known for there pizzas and cheeseburgers! Great place for a quick bite and they have seating!!!

I didn't expect culinary genius in Watonga, but I also didn't realize that that sodium-laden (translation: so salty as to be almost inedible) order of fried chicken gizzards I made the mistake of buying would consequently force me to consume approximately three liters of ice water AND give me heartburn (something I hadn't had in five years' time prior!) all the way to the tumbleweed town of Woodward. Oh, well. Live and learn, I reckon. And to (spuriously) quote Marcus Aurelius, "Never eat the fried sh*t you find in convenience stores in Watonga, Matt. Dayum, son. I thought everybody knew that."

Great store, great "filling" food, all fountain drinks any size are 89¢. Open 24/7..great assest to this small town and always busy. There's plenty of tables and booths to fit everyone and if you're a trucker they have a shower available to freshen up...I have no complaints about Hutch's EXCEPT that sometimes the employees get busy and the bathrooms aren't always clean but they try and the most complaints I've heard about this place is that some of the staff can seem rude, not all but some..they don't always smile, greet or talk to people..BUT I'm hoping with Donnie back now as manager that all changes, he's a wonderful manager for the store!! Drop in and say hello, grab ya some food and enjoy!!!
