Willis Propane, when owned by Charlie Willis, was a great company but now that it’s owned by Casey Elliot, it’s horrible! In April, he told me I had a propane leak after a tornado and that I needed a plumber to come and check it out. When the plumber came out, he said that there was absolutely no leak and that Casey was an idiot. He said he may be able to fill the tank, but he definitely can’t read it. I had to pay a plumber $200 to tell me there was no leak After which Casey then filled it with Propane. Today Casey came out again and told me I have a leak. I think the leak is with Casey. Do not use this company!

This place is run by an amazing family.. they care about their customers so much.. they went out of their way outside of their normal Business hours on one of Oklahoma's coldest days this year (2024) to meet me and fill a propane tank. I am very grateful and my family and I are forever customers!!!

I ran out of propane around 9 pm i called dollar general in Dibble they didnt have propane i canned dollar general in goldsby they didnt answer the phone. I called Willis around 915 well after closing time and the guy agreed to meet me at their fill station in down town Washington. He didnt charge me anything extra for inconveniencing him and taking him away from his family. I am so very grateful for him. In no way is he obligated to do anything like that but he did it any ways and saved me from freezing tonight. Thank you very much sir.

My husband called a little after 6:00pm closing time, because he forgot to get our 5th wheel propane tanks filled before we headed out early the next morning for vacation. Casey was willing to help us out right then! He met my husband at their shop and got us taken care of quickly. Exceptional nice guy and we are super thankful for his time! We will be using him in the future!!

Casey is the BEST! He keeps up with our levels so we never run out plus we don't end up with a large propane bill. He also tries to fill you up before prices go up too! If you aren't using them you should be.

Willis propane keeps our tank full!! So nice to not ever have to worry about checking the propane levels. Easy to contact and to work with!! Couldn’t ask for better service!!

I have used Willis Propane as my one and only propane supplier since purchasing my home in March 2008... Their pricing is always competitive and their service has been outstanding... They have always delivered within 48 hours of my call and even assisted re-lighting my water heater pilot light one time when I had forgotten to check my tank and ran out...If you live anywhere near Washington, Oklahoma you really should consider Willis as your propane supplier.
