I needed to get into a cabinet that was locked. There was a call button for a sales associate, but no one ever came. It took 10 minutes, and I had to walk around and find someone to unlock it to get it done. Once I found a sales associate, he made the statement. Huh? I thought we were just over here. Basically, calling me a liar.

If I could I would give them a ZERO. I had applied for a position and heard back but the only competent and kind person was the hiring manager. Past him, it was all a downhill experience. Management is unprofessional, do not communicate properly, are rude, are not people-centric, and there is no such thing as training. No one likes working here and it was terrible. DO NOT WORK FOR THIS MISERABLE AND UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY. I do not shop here either— I try and steer clear from any and all Walmarts. It always smells like sewage and no one helps you here at all.

I ordered groceries for pick you up today and when I got home a d went to cut up the strawberries, they were all moldy and most were thrown away.

I'd love to give a BIG SHOUT OUT to Ms. Coronisha for seeing me drop all my cards and drivers license on the floor after paying for my groceries. She chased me down to let me know my cards had fallen out of my wallet. Thank you Coronisha!!!! You are a godsend and deserve recognition for helping your customers.

Absolutely lazy employees asked for help and instead of actually helping they just kept walking. Worked for Walmart for years and know damn well that’s not how employees are trained.

Everytime I go to this store DOROTHEA she's always helping me with big smile and happy face.
And ERICK always working hard, and the shopping cart in the parking lot always empty because Erick is there.

Witnessed an employee being extremely rude to a customer in the self checkout side today at about 1:30ish. Grabbed things out of the lady's hand and all. She did not speak English well. Very sad to see the younger generation behave like that. Patience is key

Worked for a company a few years ago. They had the rudest, most terrible female store manager I had ever had the worst experience with them. Dealing with them multiple times was rage inducing. I had worked for Walmart for year and had another manager. I felt like she was worse with the small interaction I had with her.
