The pharmacy is closed has been closed for 2 days I have been patiently waiting for my prescription that can not be transferred to another store - & my Dr office is closed it's the weekend!! Called corporate which wasnt any help at all. I will definitely pick a different pharmacy from now on & I would suggest you do the same.

On hold for over 20 minutes... twice! Still no answers and all I wanted to do was ask for the pharmacy to submit a refill request.

The pharmacy is closed during regular hours of operation, I need to get my medicine and it's not able to be called into another pharmacy. Which is pretty unacceptable for someone who needs their meds. I can't even reach anyone to figure out why they couldn't send one employee from each other location to help staff this one. There's no reason to close the pharmacy on a day they are supposed to be open due to staffing issues, do better Walgreens. What are people supposed to do without their meds?

This pharmacy has always been great, but now for the past few months it has gone down hill, they were closed for several days, and now again they are closed with no warning, my medication is something that u cannot just stop, and can not be transferred, so now I am not sure what to do. It is very frustrating. I love most of the employees.

My usual Walgreens closed & I was out of my medicine, the pharmacy tech immediately helped me to refill my meds, She was so kind and so helpful God bless her and everyone there?❤️

I just had an absolutely terrible experience with this pharmacy. I had hernia repair surgery this morning. Obviously, I had a list of medications I need today. When we got home at noon, we called the pharmacy to make sure they had the prescription orders and were working on it. They said they did, but couldn’t fill them until after their lunch break.
THREE hours later I get a text message saying that the medicines I need are no longer in stock. I called into the pharmacy to ask what they can do. The woman I spoke with was incredibly rude and demeaning. After I informed her that I had hernia surgery this morning, she stated that I could get the medicine tomorrow, assuming it gets in to their store, but if I HAD to have it I would have to contact another pharmacy. I guess she deals with post surgery patients that don’t need medicines right away?
I then proceeded to ask this mean woman if she could transfer my prescription to a pharmacy that had the medicine in stock. She said no, she wouldn’t do that.
What an incompetent group of fools and liars. RUN don’t walk away from this Walgreens. There is a CVS right across the street.

Turned away cause my shirt said One Nation Under God shirt. The woman in blue and black hair said"oh no i'm not doing this" and gave me a nasty look and walked away from me. There's no one else in line. She called for help. Heavy set guy in blue said they wrote the wrong prescription with no direction. Left my wife in pain.

I am absolutely livid. My husband needs his medication. When I went in to have it filled, they told me there was a national shortage. However, they would be able to give him 10 pills for now, and that AS LONG AS they received the same brand with the new shipment, that they would be able to fill the rest under his insurance with zero issue. Well what do you know, when I call back, they did get the shipment and it was the same brand, however, they're now saying that he has to call his doctor to write a completely new script. Well that doesn't work for several reasons. #1 Insurance likely won't pay for it, because the way Medicaid works is, they pay for the full medication in one go, they don't separate. So if you got 10, that's it, that's all they pay for. #2 He's out of meds NOW. So what, he has to go without for 20 days now because of YOUR mistake?!
And when I spoke to the pharmacy tech on the phone, they had ZERO empathy. He was just like, 'Oh, this is per insurance, I can't do anything.' You know what you CAN DO?! Acct like you CARE even in the SLIGHTEST. Also, train your employees better! My husband is going without because of YOUR mistake! And you don't even care! We've been going to Walgreens for medication for years now, but it's about time to go elsewhere. And no, this has not been our first issue. This is just the icing on the cake.

If I could I would give them a negetive review. Made appointment online for 3 shots, filled out everything online and I went there according to the time. After checking in, the clark comes & tells me I cannot have one of the shot bcuz of age restrictions. It leterally says online that 18 and up. Anyway, I wanted to give the rest of the shots and asked them how long I have to wait? The clark tells me, we are dealing with a lot right now, so really don't know how long? How ridiculous is that! My suggestions, do not got to this locaiton for any kind of medical issue, they are good for nothing.

My doctor is being difficult, refusing to call my medication (CDS) to a Walgreens closer to me. I am without transportation, have no reason to get out today, am certainly not walking to 36th & Mac in this heat for one thing. I have a Walgreens closer to me but I’ve always used this location. Steve is going to hold it for me, I have reasons to get out tomorrow.I think I’ll spend the rest of the day finding a new doctor, far far away from Integris.Five stars for Walgreens & Steve (I hope I have his name right because I’m awful with names)

Like all the other reviews…this pharmacy is complete TRASH. ?Called to check on prescription times after several hours and was told (by the same girl as the one at the drive thru) they would be ready no later than 5:30PM 4/13/23. Waited in line for 20-30 minutes, arrived at the window at 5:48 and was told that they weren’t ready and they didn’t know when they would be ready.I explained to her that I was told on the phone they would be ready at 5:30 and she basically told me there was nothing she could do for me because it was only her in the pharmacist. And I could come back later before 8:00PM but no guarantee they would be ready.These were sent in at 2:45pm roughly and was told to come at 5:30pm. Absolutely ridiculous and I will be moving all my prescriptions elsewhere.
