When meeting Jeff he lifted my spirit and had amazing energy which gave me confidence in using this storage. He was very informative and made sure I was taking care of today. He also went over everything I needed to know as far as fees the unit sizes and best ones to use for the seasons and since the winter is coming up he advised the inside for me. “Have used Extra Space Storage on Classen for 2 years. From the beginning the whole process was quick and easy. Anthony was great and so helpful with the whole process. It is clean, security is great. Recently, had to get in to a unit due to me losing key and Nicole was great….she worked on it until it was open. Very friendly and helpful! Highly recommend!”

“I had my storage unit for one year and a few months, and the process from beginning to end was very efficient! I think Teresa helped me both set up my storage unit and close my account after moving my stuff out. she was always helpful and such a fun person to talk to!
I always felt the property was secure and safe and that the staff was always communicative — there was one time I forgot to lock my storage unit, and the staff reached out to me within a day to let me know it was unlocked. it was always easy for me to access my storage unit with the app, which I appreciated. I wasn’t a fan of my monthly rates increasing, but I did appreciate how Public Storage gave me a notice about those changes well in advance. I would definitely recommend Public Storage :)”

“Storage unit was clean. Access was good with key pad entry. Didn't like not knowing when my introductory rate was going to expire. Then pow it went up one month! They give you the 1 month warning but you have your stuff in there so you dont move it out right when rates go up!”

“We Showed up at 5:57pm to ask a quick question on a specific size and if they had it available. I knew they closed at 6 but figured my question would be quick. Joshua made my husband and I feel welcome and not rushed. He answered my question and even offered to show us the unit. Which I thought was excellent customer service. He didn’t have to do that as they were getting ready to close. I appreciated someone who cares enough about customers to stay late. Long story short. I rented the unit that evening and will continue to be a customer. Thanks Josh you’ve made my very first storage unit rental experience an excellent one!”
