“Awesome experience probably one of the fastest oil changes I've ever had done. You definitely pay for the convenience fee of one not having to get out of your car and two them being so quick about everything. You pull in and give you your options of oil and the whole thing took maybe 10 minutes at the most. All the tax were very nice and seemed very personable. Of all of the reviews that I've read of this place the only bad review I ever have seen from here is that someone thought that they were rude to them. Maybe people don't understand that everywhere they go They're not going to have the red carpet rolled out for them. I think that people just need to get over themselves and realize that you're talking and dealing with another human being that has their own life their own struggles and their own stuff going on. Even if that pertains to their work you don't know how their day is gone. If I could give this place 10 Stars I would. Pass by this place for many many years and man do I regret not going here. So convenient so quick just makes life so much easier. For many years we've taken our vehicle into a tire place and since we're by the tires from them or while the tires rotated and an oil change done at the same time there's been times when it's taking them several hours even with an appointment to do a rotate balance inner oil change. So all that's saying thank you Woods oil change we will definitely be back with both of our vehicles.”

They also topped off my power steering, replaced a reverse light, and of course, changed my oil. The best part; they were actually friendly!”

She has a 12 hour road trip planned soon and I was afraid she might have to cancel. I reached out to Ranchwood Auto Works, Ryan had me drop the car off at noon today. “I have taken 3 cars to them for easy things like an oil change and broken door lock all the way to an engine timing chain replacement and they have done a great job with very fair prices. The thing I like best is that they come back with accurate honest recommendations on repairs. Often giving me a good/better/best approach. Most recently I asked if I should do a $2,500 maintenance my dealer suggested and they provided several options and ultimately suggested I not perform the work until there is an issue. It’s not every day an auto repair shop turns down work, but it is every day Cherokee hills automotive makes accurate and solid recommendations.”

“Quick service. I gave it 4 stars because I went in for an oil change and the receipt stated that all my tires and liquids were checked/full, but they were not. My last place would put air in my tires and refill my wiper fluid. Also, make sure you know what type of oil your car takes before you take it in. The man working asked me what oil my car took and i didn’t know. He didn’t help me figure it out, He just stared at me until I gave him an answer and sighed. I told him synthetic because i saw the letters SYN on the sticker from the place where I got my last oil changed. Additionally, the area to pull in is a bit tight so be careful if you have a large vehicle that turns like a boat.”

“It was good and the basic price is okay but they have coupon deals (took about 10$off) and that really helps a lot. Changing my oil took about 20-25 min and the mechanic was really nice and helpful. Definitely wasnt taking advantage of me and informed me about a lot of things. Definitely dont mind coming back for another oil change.”
