Yesterday I was in MedMart with some friends of mine. The prices are very reasonable. I bought a bottle of almond syrup that I thought would taste good in my iced coffee (Delicious! ??) for just over $4. If I had bought that same syrup elsewhere it would probably have been double the price or more.

First of all they don’t believe on AC when you walk into the store you’ll swear real good while shopping , meat quality was very disappointing especially the beef liver tasted like plastic we couldn’t eat it we end up giving it to our backyard chickens , sausage has a lot of food coloring in it and it tastes very sandy
