“Instantly, from the moment my husband and I entered the store our furniture shopping experience was excellent. Denyse Teal gave us a wonderful greeting and listened to what we were searching for. We were looking for a sleeper sofa, with size and color restrictions, or if that was not possible then just a sofa. Denyse opened every sleeper sofa happily, let us test them, and helped analyze our color choices with us. The sleeper is made by Palliser and is an engineer marvel. What a great shopping experience and Denyse was over the top great. I received a call 15 minutes prior to delivery and the two gentlemen were very kind and did a wonderful job. “Jeff was very helpful and knowledgeable about the mattresses that they carry. He was able to ascertain which mattresses would best fit our needs with just a few questions. He gave us three options to choose from which we were able to try out and pick our favorite. There was no high pressure sales at all. He simply texted us the info on our 2 favorites. He gave us purchase options as well. We researched at home and came back in a couple weeks. He remembered us and was very professional and quick about getting our order processed. It was overall a great experience. Matress firm has a good selection and Jeff was wonderful to work with.”

“I was very surprised by the quality of mattresses they offer here. I expected it to be all just cheap memory foam, but was surprised that they have a full variety of types and even have some quality brand names. For example, they have BeautyRest Black for the same price as the big chain stores around town. But they also have some options not available at those stores, like Posh + Lavish natural latex foam mattresses. Even a split adjustable head Queen size option. There was also a brand of air channel mattress like you find at Sleep Number. We wanted a very firm mattress for back support and looked at 7 stores around Edmond and was surprised that the natural latex foam that is only sold in this store ended up giving the best support and comfort combination. Be sure to check them out before you make your final purchase.”

“We had a double-sided pillow-top California King built for us here in 1998. And by flipping and rotating it regularly it is just now - 25 years later - getting to the point where I am considering some maintenance on the pillow-tops to reinvigorate the stuffing. I consider it the best, most comfortable, mattress I have ever bought.”
“I had the cushions replaced in my Zero Gravity Perfect Chair. Lisa was extremely helpful and brought Jacob out front to help with recommendations based on my needs. Jacob knew exactly what to do to take the cushions up to the next level, beyond what my expectations were. I just picked up the completed and installed cushions today. I am completely thrilled with the results! The OEM replacement pads and cushion set from Human Touch are $999. Allied Foam superior foam cushions designed, cut and installed just over $200. This was a much better option than me attempting to measure, cut and install the foam myself. I also asked Lisa to show me all their custom mattresses while I was there and definitely will keep them in mind when it's time for a new mattress.”
