She said the new phone would be in tomorrow, (1/30/24) and when she gets one in, she would call me so I could come in to get my new phone.Before I got home my phone rang and it was Cassidy, saying the phone just arrived. (The new phone is launching today, (2/1/24) so I'll be going back in today to get my upgrade. The store was busy when I arrived but I was still greeted and checked in within 5 minutes. The wait was a little long but they communicated the entire time and let me know my place in line, which was appreciated. This location was efficient, knowledgeable, and polite. Anything else comes up I’ll save myself the time and just visit this location.”

“I visited the T-Mobile store with my friend, who is heading back to his hometown next week. Liliana, the staff member who assisted us, was extremely friendly and helpful. She helped us transfer our plan from postpaid to prepaid and even called customer service for us. “I have been with Verizon many years and have a grandfather plan. Through a human error it was removed and I was told could not get it back... Kitia took 3 hours with me and gave me that warm friendly family service when I am sure she could have been making commissions off someone else.... I came through the door and she reassured me that she had me no matter what.... And people not just because of the Great phone service but because of the customer service skills as presented today...see Kitia at the Pennsylvania store and be treated fairly with dignity....z”
