My first and subsequent calls to Hertz were promptly answered and pleasant. I had an outstanding experience with my car salesman, Matthew Herrera. He was incredibly patient, allowing me to explore multiple vehicles and test drive as many as I wanted. He answered all my questions thoroughly, making my 4-hour visit feel informative rather than overwhelming. He even took the initiative to fix some cosmetic damage on the car and ensured it was ready for pickup on the promised day, sparkling clean and in perfect condition.
What truly stood out was his advocacy on my behalf when the price changed on pickup day. The finance manager, Cody was equally impressive, quickly approving the repairs and communicating with upper management to address the price issue, ensuring everything was sorted out smoothly. I received all my paperwork within three weeks.
Vehicles here come as is, so please take a look and make sure you are satisfied. I've been driving it for a little over 3 weeks and I have no regrets.
The friendly, no-pressure atmosphere made this experience truly enjoyable. Highly recommend!

Hertz Car sales sucks like no other car experience. Not only did we not have the paperwork needed to register the car, and have a lot of trouble with remote signing which we were told wouldn’t be a problem; but now less than six months in we have an engine problem that the the Kia dealership cannot seem to figure out (engine light and all) and the “limited warranty” with the car is a joke. 17 days and they haven’t come out to look at the car. I just want the car to work or get a different one that will. Avoid a car from hertz like the plague.

My wife and I purchased a 2023 Nissan Pathfinder and it was one of the best dealers . Hertz is everything it says it is. They were so helpful. Charles our salesman was fantastic to work with and he went out of his way to make sure we were happy with our purchase. I highly recommend him as you're salesman at Hertz. We will definitely do business with Hertz and Charles again. Thank you for everything you did Charles and going the extra mile.

This is the best dealership if anyone would like to buy a used car in Oklahoma city. They have plenty of good cars. Bathie Fall was very helpful and professional and we had a wonderful experience at this location. We had no pressure to buy and we were given the opportunity to test drive. Thank you everyone!

Highly recommend trying Hertz for car shopping and buying. Our experience was top notch. Bathie and Cody listened to our needs and answered all our many questions. Got us in the car we wanted with the budget we were looking for. Customer friendly and knowledgable. Very impressed without the hassles and very upfront. Thank you for the amazing service. Yesterday they said car listed on there website was out getting new wheels. I have financing all lined up I’m ready to go. Sales guy says he is gonna call me the second it gets back “in a few days”. Today I call and car has been sold????. Thanks for nothing Hertz! Don’t trust website or there word!

Bathie Fall was extremely rude and unhelpful today. He refused to bother running the numbers for my husband. No effort was made nor interest to assist us with a 707 credit score and trade-in on the lot. Hertz loss, someone elses gain. ✌?

We was asked to provide my husband's birth certificate along with other documents for an online application. Which I did and did not get approved. Thinkingabout now doesn't that sound kind of illegal asking for a birth certificate?

Worst car dealership in the Oklahoma City area. We wasted three hours at this dealership to purchase an Elantra, just to receive no call back and to find out the next day the car had sold without anybody notifying us, after we had already returned. I would never subject anybody to this kind of service who is serious about purchasing a vehicle. It is obvious that when it comes to customer satisfaction that they have no interest in the people that are trying to purchase their products. Would leave zero stars if I could.

I’ve purchased 5 vehicles from Hertz over the years. I like buying from them because there is zero pressure. The price listed is the price of the vehicle, so you don’t have to worry about playing car dealership games. Also, I like that the cars have all been a part of Hertz’s fleet, so they’ve been maintained. The Rent to Buy option is also nice, because you can really get a feel for the car by driving it for a couple of days before you commit.

Greetings,I've recently purchased a 2019 Mazda CX5 with Bathie Falls! After being traumatized at other dealerships, Hertz Car Sales of Oklahoma City made it a smooth purchase. No haggle! I test drove the SUV, and I liked it. We walked in, and Bathie wrote up the paperwork. The manager, Audrey, came out, and we went over the paperwork, and they offered two products...no pressure to buy! I walked out in less than 2 hours! I really thought I was on Candid camera for a moment because the process was so simple! ( NO THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS IN FEES) I had my own financing but if I didn't, they could help with that. This is how I will purchase other vehicles going forward. Thank you all for an AWESOME experience!
