I have taken a look at the reviews for the store location for 5903 NW. 63rd War acres Oklahoma; My name is Candis, I am the General Manager of this location and I want to clarify that there is no Sandy or Sandra employed under me, nor have I ever had an employee by that name. Furthermore, I want to personally apologize to the customer that had to deal with this kind of behavior from associates who are supposed to represent Family Dollar in a positive, gold standard way; there is NO cussing allowed. It shows poor customer service to begin with. I have contacted all of my employees for a refresher of how we present ourselves 100% throughout our store, Just a verify and clarify to them that this will not be tolerated. We hope to see you soon, and help you find anything you may need at my location. Any day, any time. Open 8am-10pm daily. Thank you so very much.

I walked in to purchase wet dog food, as I'm looking I hear this lady very loudly cussing. As I walked towards end cap of isle I see it's one of their employees. I couldn't believe they have this young dumb individual working in customer service. I wont be back. I asked the lady checking me out what that young lady's name was she either said Sandy or Sandra. Very disappointed

FINALLY!! This is how I remember family dollar! Candice, I believe, is the manager name, I wish I could remember the other 2 associates' names. You all are doing great. They stay open during business hours and have product on shelves, not in baskets or boxes! Keep it up, ladies! We see the difference!

UPPER MANAGEMENT.
TAKE NOTE PLEASE. CANDICE IS AMAZING.
3 plus years of going to this store. Today is a whole new vibe. She has gone above and beyond ( i have 30 plus in retail and service).
The store is clean it gave off a comfortable atmosphere.
Shopping was easy shelves stocked. Smelled nice flowers as you come in the door to the right. Sense COVID it been hard Shopping. Thank you Candice again and staff for all you've done an awesome job @ this location. I'll be back. Monique

I'm gonna tell you this is the cleanest, and most organized and well managed store. I have ever been to. The new manager Candis, has turned this store around and it doesn't stink, it's clean, organized and cares about her employees. I will be returning here and shopping here more often

Never open on time, closes early. Employees always on the phone when checking out. Manager is the only good thing about this place sorry!

I just went up there at 9:49 and they aren’t supposed to close until 10PM. The workers kept staring at us and wouldn’t open the door. I understand if the business closed early to leave a note on the door or something but nothing like that was done. This locations staff is very unprofessional. 1/10. Do not recommend.
