I don't know why this is listed as a UPS pick up point. I have had 2 packages shipped there over a couple of days. They almost sent the first back. They now have sent the 2nd one back. Their answer when asked why they did that. "We aren't a pick up point". I am not sure why they are listed as one but DO NOT have packages sent here, even if it is an option.
Follow up: I had this package resent but unfortunately could not change the address. Called the store and verified that they would receive the package (they said that they would). This afternoon I received an email informing me that they have REJECTED IT AGAIN. Verified that it was 100% the CVS staff rejecting the package.

The staff are always super friendly and helpful. They are awful busy most of the time, but they go as quick as they can. This is just a busy location.

Many nights I've cried because this pharmacy is an absolute nightmare but it's the only place I can seem to get my medicine(not to mention many times ive been forced to go without due to their incompetence). Rude pharmacists (the only decent pharmacists is 1 younger gentlemen), very inadequate stock, bad system magemenet, and a whole mirage of issues. Only reason I still fill here is by necessity, not by choice.

Typical good selection of products, open late and feels safe. Friendly people, welcoming atmosphere.
I'm including a picture from the front of the store looking out. Fun view of Route 66, awesome to see a variety of beautiful vehicles pass by. ? Clean parking lot, well lit, and safe.

If CVS could actually bother to HIRE MORE PEOPLE IN THE PHARMACY, they might be worth something. To be completely clear, the *employees* at this location are perfectly fine. But there are NOT ENOUGH PEOPLE in the pharmacy! HIRE MORE EMPLOYEES CVS!

Pharmacy total unprofessional. They do not greet you until you look at them straight on. Cvs should have a course in customer service. There is only one employee that was transferred from 23rd Meridian that is totally awesome. I think everyone knows who I'm talking about. The rest of you unhappy people need to learn from her. Cvs...hire more professionals..

Absolutely incompetent. Every since we had to switch cvs stores because ours closed down we have had a problem every single month with getting our meds. The staff is always very rude and after 25 years we switched to Walgreens. Don't go here! Not one time did they ever apologize for not giving us our meds. They just give excuse after excuse and no accountability what soever!

You offer 20% off an item but don’t make it easy to use. I needed assistance because CVS equipment not working and your management should be a little more accommodating! Being rude to a customer because you have to walk 10 steps to get keys to fix YOUR malfunction is ridiculous! I decided to just pay full price and leave. If you hate your job old lady, move around! We are all going thru something! Do better!

Good shopping and great products. Plus photo center with up to date transfer of info. 2 self checkout lanes. Not enough workers though company policyBut manager Jesse is super nice and knows his store along with the front counter lady Shari that is super helpful and a delight.

The pharmacy staff is wonderful. The pharmacist, Braxton, is very helpful, kind and understanding. He has gone above and beyond to make sure my medications are the brand that works for me. The technicians have been very kind and pleasant every time I go in. I was happy to see that the pharmacy staff from the store that closed on NW 23rd and Meridian are now here. Your excellent service doesn’t go unnoticed. I thank you all!
