“My wife and I recently had our Honda repaired by Allen Auto Body. Our vehicle took significant damage, and they meticulously fixed the car per Honda factory procedures. They did everything by the book, even taking care to ensure parts not visible outside the car were painted to the original factory color, ensuring the vehicle would not look like it had ever been wrecked, even to a Honda dealer. They took hundreds of pictures, giving us confidence that everything was repaired properly and used only genuine Honda parts for the repair.Amanda and her husband are very passionate about repairs being done properly and excel at getting insurance companies who want to do nothing but cut corners routinely to ultimately pay.Getting the car repaired was a lengthy process due to part delays, but Amanda advocated constantly for us to receive the parts ASAP and they made best use of the time spent waiting for parts to ensure Allen Auto Body was never in the critical path in getting repairs completed.Also, Allen Auto Body was able to ensure complicated electronic systems were calibrated properly after repairs were complete. Amanda and her husband and the rest of the team excel at taking care of things completely, accurately, and ethically. “My vehicle was backed into so I used Auto Logic to get it fixed. They worked diligently with the other persons insurance to make sure I got the right parts for my vehicle even though insurance wanted to put on the cheapest parts they could find. Auto Logic sent the parts back because they didn’t fit correctly. It took longer to get my car back because they didn’t want to put cheaper parts on my car and the insurance kept trying to. When I got my car back it was perfect. They did an amazing job.”

“I just recently had an issue with my 2020 Ford Explorer and the transfer case having a leak. Cavender Ford was able to get me in quickly and fixed the issue in 1-2 days. They made sure the issue was resolved before my Power Train warranty expired. Other Ford dealerships, like Confidence Ford and Bob Moore, had told me that it would take 3-4 weeks to get the problem fixed. Tony McGee in the Service department was TOP NOTCH and so easy to work with. We WILL DEFINITELY drive a little extra to use Cavender Ford in the future. “I am leaving this review because Ronnie went above and beyond to help me. He was wonderful! For the past two days when going to start my car, it wouldn’t start and I had to get it jumped. I figured it was a battery issue so I called autozone to check if I still had warranty on my battery. Ronnie answered the phone and he was very friendly from the very beginning. He looked up my battery for me and informed me that my battery was still under warranty, and told me he would replace it if my battery was bad. I use my car for my job so it is crucial that my car starts when I go to start it. I drove to the store to get my battery checked and while he was checking it he noticed I had a coolant leak. I did know I had a coolant link and I just added “Bar’s Leaks” Stop Leak the day prior to hopefully fix the coolant leak issue because my car overheated a couple weeks prior to today. Ronnie not only noticed the leak immediately, he showed me where it was on the hose. I want to emphasize that because I had explained my coolant issue to someone else before and although they were very kind and helpful which I really appreciated, they did not notice the leak in my hose. Ronnie noticed the leak instantly when I didn’t even come to him with that issue. Then, he proceeded to explain how this leak could affect my car and all the things it could damage if my car overheated. I really appreciated him taking the time explain all that to me because I know nothing about cars and I appreciate someone taking the time to teach me. I have learned through the years how beneficial it is to know how things on your car work to be able to keep it running properly and hopefully not causing extensive damage, for example in the case of my car overheating. After taking the time to explain everything, he replaced my battery and the hose for me as well. I can’t stress enough how much that meant to me. I have replaced my battery on my own before via a youtube video and it was awful. It took me hours! Ronnie replaced my battery within 5 minutes and even added the corrosion protection on there. He then replaced my coolant hose and again, took extra time to explain how it worked, how to add coolant to my car, and the safety protocols to follow to ensure I don’t get hurt in the process. He even taught me how to check my oil! I can’t brag enough about how great Ronnie was. He truly went above and beyond and far surpassed that. He is an exceptional employee and such a kind person. I leave this review in hopes he gets recognized for how great of a job he does. I would leave way more than five stars if there was an option to do so! He was the best!”

Honest, affordable and willing to check your equipment to make sure it can be rebuilt before trying to sell you a new one. “I met a customer service representative that took 15 to 20 minutes helping me repair my car. I had a problem with the tramsmission shift plungrr linkage on the car. He sold me an inexpensive part yhat would fit my model car. He cleaned up the part. made it look new again.also noticed that the rubber washer and flange was installed upside down. Replaced the part right side up. Tested the gear shifter and was on my way. His name was Wes. At the 39th street Autozone. Thanks Wes. LJL”
