“I don't understand all the negative reviews! Great wifi! And when it started running slow, they sent out a maintenance man to fix the aliens and give me a new modem. Their maintenance men are all very nice and customer support is awesome!! Highly recommend!!!”

I consider myself a novice techie and I'm very picky about who I work with on anything that has to do with desktop, laptop, phones, etc. These guys have never steered me wrong. They have done a complete build for my son, and they've repaired two laptops, three desktops, and have provided Internet options as well. They know what they're doing and they're very kind and very knowledgeable but at the same time they're humble and their knowledge and they do a great job of explaining everything on the level of the individual they're working with. They are a lot of fun to work with as well and are always up to date on the new and now as well as the vintage tech.”
