I don't understand all the negative reviews! Great wifi! And when it started running slow, they sent out a maintenance man to fix the aliens and give me a new modem. Their maintenance men are all very nice and customer support is awesome!! Highly recommend!!!

I get internet through Cross via. fiber and hardly ever have issues. I may lose my internet once or twice a year which is much better than other companies I have dealt with. Their prices are competitive with their rivals.
