I just spoke with a pharmacist to get a med list from them for my mother with her present and the the doctor present::: they literally told me the doctor needs to call back separately and ask herself for a list. I'm here from Texas to assist her with her care and it would take NO time to tell the doctor what she needs refills for. As a medical professional, being patient with people and going the extra mile is important because you never now what people are dealing with. I would've liked to had better customer service

I have used Walgreens nation wide ( I travel quite a bit) and have never been so rudely treated as i have by the pharmacy staff at Wagoner OK Walgreens where we now live. so much so that i have decided to transfer all of mine and my family's prescriptions to Walmart. I'm sure Walgreens wont do anything about the poor customer service but maybe all of you reading this will be able to avoid it

Called Walgreens on 12/29/2021 at approximately 3:30p.m. at 1503 w Cherokee Wagoner, Oklahoma regarding what time and day I would be getting the booster vaccine and the pharmacist was very unprofessional. She proceeded to laugh at a reasonable question. Then kept talking over me and hung up on me when I tried mentioning that I wanted to cancel my appointment for the booster. I WILL NOT be using Walgreens for anything in the future. Something similar to this has happened to many times in the past. Very unhappy with the attitude the pharmacist displayed and has displayed in the past. This pharmacist should not be able to have contact with the public at all simply because she clearly can not even handle herself in a professional and courteous manner. I suggest using a different pharmacy if you can because she apparently isn't happy with her job or helping customers.

Took 2 hours to fill two small rxs. Rather rediculous for a small town. Ppl were nice, but didn't let me know when the rxs were ready. I've Lived in small towns before with walgreens and it was faster. And i even diddled around before going and waiting.

I switched pharmacies about a year ago, but I do go to Walgreens for my photos. Their app is easy to use and I can get printed pics at a decent cost in my little town. However, pickup is usually difficult. Very unorganized. Today, through the app, it gave me the option of curbside. But I had to wait so long that I should have just gone inside. Which as I said also takes forever. They really need to come up with a better way to do their photo section. They used to provide much better service.

I'm done with this store! Twice that have been out of a life impacting prescription. The 1st time they transferred the prescription to Wal-Mart. This time, they left me on hold for 18 minutes, then refused to help! The girl was very rude and told me they could not transfer to Walmart, even with me trying to tell her that is exactly what they did the last time, which was just 2 weeks ago! Horrible service and they have lost a customer!

I’m a combat disabled vet, I don’t like to be marginalized by the staff, because of something my doctor prescribes me. Leaving me to wait, for 20 minutes +, without any communication, is unsatisfactory behavior. I fought overseas, treat me like an American, we treated the Iraqis better than this. I’m writing an article to the news about these individuals, absolutely chewed up customer service. Common Walgreens, we can do better than this.Stop treating real hero’s like subterfuge. You guys can do much better than this.
