Difficult to get anyone to return a call and answer questions. Took 58 days for them to even look at my van, even though it was pretty obvious it was totaled. Owner blamed the insurance company for the delay, but the body shop had received payment from the insurance in less than a week of the van being delivered to them. Then when they finally sent an invoice to the insurance, we were charged nearly $900 in restocking fees for parts they only ordered a couple days before.
I believe the body shop intentionally drug their feet to maximize the amount of storage fees they would charge. They definitely weren't looking out for me as the customer, only trying to line their own pockets. I would NOT recommend this body shop.

The guys got me right in and fixed my tire right up. Their two sweet dogs kept me entertained in the warm lobby.

I was on my way to meet my family at the lake and was driving toward Wagoner, Oklahoma. My tire monitor on my car indicated that I had a low tire. I drove into Perfection Auto and Tire. I explained the problem and while I was having lunch with my family in Wagoner, the shop resolved the problem. They checked my tires and said they could find nothing wrong with my tire but they put the proper amount of air in all of the tires and solved the problem. And they didn’t charge me a dime for doing all that and got the work done so quickly. Thank you so much for giving me peace of mind and for doing such a great job to keep me safe. I highly recommend their services!

Got a flat on my way out of town. Had a tow truck pick me up and they took me here. Really nice people, got me a tire and I was back on the road in less than 30 minutes.

Rude and unprofessional! Took my Subaru there for body work estimate, the estimate was about $500.00 more than dealership and then when I walked back up there after getting dropped off they wouldn’t even acknowledge me until I got into my car and I think they thought I was breaking into it. Won’t be back.
