I have a good and trustworthy account manager that allows me to withdraw my profits anytime I want and I can monitor everything going on in my account when she is busy trading with her expert team and I don't have issues with pending withdrawals. It came to me as a surprise after being reaped off by all those so called expert traders online I finally met with a very skilled and experienced trader who knows how to generate huge profit under a given week. Staff can be cold and rude, especially on the phone. Hours are inconvenient. They need to reevaluate their business model.

4/11 attempted to get cash from ATM twice. Thought first time it said transaction couldn't be processed was operator error so tried again. Called my bank who told me to call them. Spoke with Greg, vice president of American Bank, who wouldn't even let me finish my sentence before telling me how my bank doesn't know what it's doing and what specific department to ask for in a tone that translated like he was bothered for even taking the call.I interrupted him to ask his position. Told him it was disheartening to hear he hasnt even shown any kind of sympathy considering it IS HIS ATM that didn't produce the cash. Still zero empathy from the vice president of the bank.I asked for his title and he didn't want to disclose it. Instead he deflected to say he was just trying to explain how to fix it. I told him he already told how and asked his title again.Vice President. Told him shame on him to be the vice president and speak so unprofessionally.Kindness and compassion matter Greg. Especially when your bank caused the problem. You'd be a way better problem solver and person if you'd take the minute to hear someone out, acknowledge what they've said and empathize. I sincerely hope you read this.My grandmother has banked with your bank 15 years or more. She loves that staff. I hope you treat them better then you do people on the phone.

Cons: The hours are not convenient and you can not make a deposit through the ATM. That would be most helpful for weekend and after hours banking.

I called to set up an appointment to talk with a loan officer about a small business loan. I spoke with Craig and after explaining the property I am looking to purchase and business I was looking to open he advised he wasn't interested in meeting with me to discuss rates or requirements. I have never found a financial institution that was so dismissive about making a new client and money, especially when it is in the community that they supposedly support. I love to support local businesses and keep my finances in Wagoner, but its people and companies like this that make big financial institutions an unfortunate necessity.

Every person I have ever talked to in this bank has been rude and has had no idea what they were talking about. They could care less about their customers and they need a whole new staff.
