Not sure about the their customer service , but all the packages that I've had delivered from the Vinita UPS center have arrived on time.
I do live a fair distance from there so that, in and of itself, is a win!
I've never had any complaints or problems.

Terrible and inconvenient hours. Make it 8-5 or whatever like all other ups stores. Pitiful and pathetic. Only other option is to drive even further to claremore. UPS you make enough $$ to make an actual ups store in Vinita with real hours. You guys suck.

I will have to say the lady who waited on me was a very rude person. I would fire her if I could. I’ll be back as I really have no choice, but next time, rude behavior will be met with rude behavior.There was no one at the counter when I went in. After several moments I walked to the door to the warehouse to see if anyone was there. I guess this pissed her off. She was very rude and absolutly no help whatsoever. I’m wondering how you guys manage the three point rating you get. I had to leave one star since there’s no place for a zero.

The only downside is that our UPS delivery person can not deliver to our area every day like he did because UPS took us off his route 2 days a week so I now have to make sure my medications that have to be refrigerator are being delivered on the days that he deliveries in our area.

Service is great. The agent works very hard and is very efficient. What I really dislike about this location is the hours. 4:30 PM till 6 PM. Crams a lot of work in a small time for the agent and are very inconvenient opened hours.
