Extremely helpful and patient! Helped find a solution to my problem that was simple, hunted down unusual Volkswagen bolts from various providers! Most people won't even touch my diesel Volkswagens. He even refused to let me pay for his time. This is a man and shop of character and good will.

I have taken three different vehicles over the past 10 years to Roger. He is an excellent mechanic and for it to be just himself in the shop he gets work done extremely efficiently and without charging you your first born.
